The trees here in Maine are beautiful and I&#8217;m happy to have seasons again, it&#8217;s a very natural way to mark the passage of large blocks of time.<\/p>\n<p>I used to write often about my troubles, and these past couple of years have had their share of troubles. I&#8217;ve considered in the past that it was mostly relationship troubles that triggered a deluge of words. It is a testament to that theory that while life has some sharp twists lately, I&#8217;ve had a solid relationship on which to stand. I&#8217;m not sure why I&#8217;m not writing more about the rest, perhaps it doesn&#8217;t seem so important to me as finding a partner was. I spent the last few years in Seattle honestly searching for someone to spend the rest of my life with. As it turns out, I found that when I moved home.<\/p>\n<p>Since my last writing, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/btmspox\/sets\/72157631255212376\/with\/7865140692\/\">we got married<\/a>. Of course I&#8217;m still wading through that. How does this affect my plans and my feelings? Both toward our plans to settle down, to start a family, and other feelings towards past loves and future desires? Unsure.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been busy with work, the fair, the fire department, new friends, chickens, and&#8230; It&#8217;s shaping a whole new life.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway.
